This is an unmistakable moth in which the male's antennae are up to four times as long as the wings, longer than any other British moth, the females antennae are only a little longer than the wings.
Also known as the Long Horn Moth.
Can be seen flying, May-June in damp woodland, where the males dance up and down to attract females with their long antennae.
