Red Campion

Red Campion is a native biennial or perennial.

Common everywhere except southern Ireland and the Hebrides where it is rare. Found in woods, hedges and shady places.

Grows to a height of 80cm.

Red Campion often hybridises with White Campion to give pink flowers.

Flowers May to November.
